The front staff member, Himani, was helpful AS i arrived early due to my flight. She worked to get me a room early, before the official check-in time. Because i had to leave for lunch, Himani offered to store my baggage and assured me the family room would be ready upon my return later that evening. Soumya assisted with a quick check-in when i returned around 9:30.

The door jam had some serious damage. It made me question its safety if someone pushed hard from the outside. the remodel showed a lack of finishing skills which was disappointing. also, my toilet would not flush. The shower either wouldn't get hot, OR no water came out at all.

i had a very annoying experience. i found a stirrer used for hot drinks in my prosecco bellini. it costed £10.50, and i think i should have refused it. that was a real lack of attention to detail, and it ruined the start of my holiday.

the staff at breakfast were really good. sridevi kept the buffet well-stocked and drinks were always topped up. i received a complimentary upgrade to a club room because of ongoing refurbishments, this came as a pleasant surprise.

Only two of the three were operational on the fifth floor.

The restaurant offered AMAZING food. The staff was attentive during dinner and breakfast. I was pleased with the room service speed. I found Krish at reception especially helpful. He facilitated an early check-in and provided a very nice room.

I found that the air conditioning did not go below 16c. My room felt hot. I had to request a fan to cool down.

The check-in process was impressively quick. I arrived quite early, yet I was allowed to check in at 7 AM. The staff, especially Kavi, were helpful and cute with constant smiles. I found the room very clean and well maintained.

The windows in my room were sealed shut using tape. This situation raised significant concerns about safety in case of a fire.
